Baptism

Our Little Man on his Baptism Day!
Chase's Godmother/Brian's Cousin/Auntie B

Chase's Godfather/Amanda's Little Bro/Uncle Nate

Our Family! Sooo blessed!

A yummy bit of cereal after a very busy day!

We are so very blessed to have Chase in our lives and were very happy to celebrate his Baptism on Valentine's Day with family and friends! The mass was beautiful, Fr. Mike was great, and Chase did awesome. He wasn't so sure about the water or oil, but didn't cry or make a fuss! Chase is so blessed to have such wonderful godparents and we know that Uncle Nate and Auntie B will make sure he is taken care of and spoiled for sure! Thanks to all of you who were part of his special day! He truly is our most precious gift from God!

C-E-R-E-A-L!!!!

Well, we took the plunge and Chase had his first taste of rice cereal last night at the super bowl party!!! It was a HUGE success!!! He didn't spit anything out, kept lunging towards me with his open mouth, and wanted to get his hands on the spoon already! Yikes, what have we started?! He just had a little taste, but I have a feeling he will be enjoying some rice cereal after his last nursing each night! We've now entered the "food" stage and I can't believe it!

We will try to upload a video soon (we just bought a video camera last week)!

4 months old!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Daddy's Little Dude!!!!

Showing off his bottle holding skills for Daddy!
Pretty good for only having a bottle about once a week!

Our Precious Little Man

Bath time in Gramma's sink! Smiling for Uncle Nate too!

Hard to believe he is already 4 months old!

Wow, where has time gone! Hard to believe January is over and we are now in to February! Chase survived his 4 month check-up and shots! He weighed in at 17lbs 5oz and was 26 1/2" long! He is happy, healthy, and growing like crazy. We are enjoying every moment with him and just can't seem to get enough of his scrumptious smile, silly sounds, and lengthy "conversations"! He has definitely found his thumb and although he isn't quite sure what to do with it once it is in his mouth, he seems to have fun trying. Chase seems to be making new sounds and louder sounds each and every day. He is most vocal in the morning or when Daddy gets home from work. He loves to stand up and sit-up with our help and has pretty good balance for his age. I'm sure rolling and sitting up are just around the corner. Chase will be baptised on Valentine's Day and we are looking forward to celebrating with family and a few friends. More pictures to come! Thanks for reading!
